The Village of Bluffton and the Bluffton Police Department utilize the court systems in Allen and Hancock Counties. For any criminal or traffic violations that occur in the Allen County portion of Bluffton, cases are heard in one of three Allen County Courts:

Lima Municipal Court (Adult misdemeanor crimes and mosttraffic offenses)
