The forms are fill-in, savable PDF forms only. THEY ARE NOT ELECTRONICALLY SUBMITTABLE. The original signed paper copy of the form along with any applicable supplementary documentation must be submitted to the Village of Bluffton Income Tax Office located at 154 N. Main St, P.O. Box 228, Bluffton, OH 45817 in one of the following manners:

ONE

Fill-in the form on your computer.

Save the form (with entered data) on your computer.

Print the form (with entered data) from your computer.

Sign the form.

Make a copy of the form and all of the supporting documents used to complete the form for your records.

Submit this printed form, along with all of your supporting documentation such as W-2s, 1099s, and federal return and schedules to the Village of Bluffton Income Tax office.

OR TWO

Obtain a blank form or print a blank form from your computer.

Fill in the form by hand.

Sign the form.

Make a copy of the form and all of the supporting documents used to complete the form for your records.

Submit this hand written, filled-in form, along with all of your supporting documentation such as W-2s, 1099s, and federal return and schedules to the Village of Bluffton Income Tax office.

PLEASE NOTE: If you use GOOGLE CHROME you may have trouble getting the forms to be fillable. Open the form you want to use and try rolling down to the bottom of the page and then roll back up to the top. At this point the fillable fields should turn blue and now be fillable. To reset the Income Tax Return form, click on the red “Reset Form” button in the upper right-hand corner of the form.

If you are a NEW resident to the Village of Bluffton, Ohio, please complete and submit a New Resident Registration form to the Village of Bluffton Income Tax office within 15 days from your move in date.
