Utilities Billing

Billings:

The Village bills monthly for water, sewer, garbage, and recycling based on actual readings. Estimate readings are only done when weather prevents an actual reading from taking place. All payments must be received in the Utility office by 4:00 pm. on the 25th of every month. Any payments received after 4:00 p.m. on the 25th will be assessed a late fee. PLEASE NOTE: If the 25th falls on a weekend, payments are still due on the 25th of the month. Any payment received on the Monday following the 25th will be considered late . Accounts that are 30 days delinquent are subject to having their water service shut off until the account is current. Accounts that are shut off will be assessed a $50 turn on fee to have water service restored. Adjustments for water leaks can be requested once per a twelve (12) month period. Residents are encouraged to obtain a water meter if filling a pool, as no adjustment will be given for this purpose. The adjustment will be based on the average usage and will only be applied to the sewer portion of the bill.

Payment Options:
